As introduced, creates a Class E felony, punishable by fine only, when a member of a local governmental body knowingly votes to approve an ordinance or resolution that expressly conflicts with state or federal law relative to immigration or historical memorials; violator also subject to removal from office. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 39.
