Summary

As introduced, requires that a parent ordered to pay medical bills for a child do so within 30 days of the order or have visitation rights suspended until the bills are paid along with any cost incurred by the other parent as a result of the delay. - Amends TCA Title 36; Title 39 and Title 40.
