Summary

As introduced, requires each contract between this state and a general contractor that has a value of $1,000,000 or more to require the general contractor to ensure that a minimum of 25 percent of the total value of the contract be performed by minority-owned businesses. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 3 and Title 12, Chapter 4.
