Summary

As enacted, adds the offense of aggravated criminal littering, if the conviction is for an amount of litter that exceeds 100 pounds in weight or 30 cubic feet in volume. to the list of offenses for which a homeowners' or neighborhood association may seek an injunction or restraining order prohibiting a repeat offender from entering the boundaries of the residential area under the Neighborhood Protection Act. - Amends TCA Section 40-35-123.
