As introduced, reduces the time by which the comptroller of the treasury must determine whether certain contracts or agreements by a medical school authority substantially comply with the guidelines, rules, and regulations of the state funding board from 15 days to 10 days. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 33; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68.
