Summary

As enacted, makes it a Class A misdemeanor for a person 18 years of age or older to knowingly promote or organize a gathering of two or more minors in a public place with the intent to provide a location for such minors to engage in public indecency; any personal property used in the commission of a violation of this offense would, upon conviction, be subject to judicial forfeiture. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 71.
