Summary

As introduced, requires all contracts of insurance issued for delivery in Tennessee after July 1, 2012, to provide for a 10 percent premium reduction for any renewed insurance policy that has not had any claims filed against such policy that resulted in payment by the insurance company for the previous year. - Amends TCA Title 56.
