As introduced, establishes August 1 as the date by which the attorney general and reporter must provide a report to the state board of claims describing the manner in which funds received from the risk management fund were used during the immediately preceding fiscal year to defend actions brought against the state and its employees, rather than any time subsequent to the close of the respective fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 1; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 20; Title 27; Title 28; Title 29 and Title 49.
