Summary

As introduced, authorizes a tanning facility to operate either with a trained attendant on duty or a self-serving customer kiosk that allows a customer to initiate the tanning process without the service of a trained attendant; authorizes a tanning facility to remain open 24 hours a day. - Amends TCA Title 68.
