Summary

As introduced, provides that a purchaser of a parcel of land in a tax lien sale has no obligation to purchase insurance on the parcel during the redemption period and that the purchaser is not liable for damage that occurs to the property during the redemption period unless it is caused by intentional acts of the purchaser. - Amends TCA Title 28; Title 66 and Title 67, Chapter 5.
