Summary

As introduced, requires each public high school to begin classroom instruction no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and each public middle school to begin classroom instruction no earlier than 8:00 a.m. beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
