Summary

As introduced, extends by five additional days the time period in which employers participating in the Tennessee consolidated retirement system must transmit to the state treasurer the previous month's gross salaries and amount of contributions deducted, if any, from the compensation of employees and contributions of the employer. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36 and Title 8, Chapter 37.
