Summary
As introduced, requires that on or after July 1, 2011, if any private act hospital authority operates ambulance service and such ambulance service carries forward a net operating deficit for two consecutive calendar years, such ambulance service shall be subject to general procurement laws. - Amends TCA Title 6; Title 7; Title 10; Title 56 and Title 68.
