Summary

As introduced, requires the sponsoring mortgage lender or mortgage loan broker to ensure that each application for a residential mortgage loan contains the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry number, instead of the license number or a unique identifier, of the applicable mortgage lender, mortgage loan broker, and mortgage loan originator. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 13.
