Summary

As introduced, deletes repeal provision, thereby clarifying that a manufacturer of alcoholic beverages may, on and after July 1, 2019, continue to have a direct or indirect interest in an establishment with a license authorizing consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises if the interest is held in an irrevocable trust. - Amends TCA Section 57-4-110.
