Summary

As introduced, requires, rather than permits, the use of global positioning monitoring as a condition of bail for any person charged with a domestic violence offense, stalking, or a violation of an order of protection issued pursuant to title 36, chapter 3, part 6. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 39, Chapter 13; Section 39-17-315 and Title 40, Chapter 11.
