Summary

As introduced, allows persons 60 years of age or older who possess a valid non-photo bearing license issued by this state on or before January 1, 2013, to vote at a polling place without having to present photo identification; adds a valid non-photo bearing license issued by this state on or before January 1, 2013, to persons 60 years of age or older as evidence of identification for voting purposes. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 7.
