Summary

As introduced, requires an insurance company and health maintenance organization, upon request, to provide a claims experience report to a plan sponsor or administrator of an ERISA (Employee Retirement Income and Security Act of 1974) group health plan; specifies contents of such a report; revises provisions relating to reinsurance and risk insurance; revises provisions relating to the readability, content, and style of life and health insurance policies. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Section 68-1-115.
