Summary

As introduced, increases from 60 to 90 days the amount of time that the chief legislative body of the municipality in which a municipal electric system is located has to direct the county election commission to place on the ballot a referendum on the question of whether the municipal electric system may provide additional services. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 52; Title 13, Chapter 24; Title 65, Chapter 25 and Title 67.
