Summary
As enacted, deletes the provisions that would sunset the Hamilton County water and wastewater treatment authority created pursuant to this state's Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority Act, July 1, 2019. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29; Title 7, Chapter 82, Part 7 and Title 68, Chapter 221.
