Summary

As introduced, prohibits the method of calculating payment for services rendered by a chiropractor from being different from the calculation for a medical physician pursuant to a policy of insurance, sickness and accident policy, medical service plan, hospital service contract, or hospital and medical service contract when the service is within the scope of practice of the chiropractor. - Amends TCA Title 56.
