Summary
As introduced, subject to local approval, reallocates proceeds from the hotel/motel tax from the general fund for county general revenue, with 90 percent being allocated to the tourism fund and 10 percent, minus the trustee's commission, being allocated to the Anderson County chamber of commerce for economic development purposes. - Amends Chapter 193 of the Private Acts of 1990; as amended.
