Summary

As introduced, prohibits a person convicted of a third or subsequent offense of driving under the influence from purchasing alcohol; requires the person's state issued identification card or driver license to indicate that the person is not able to purchase alcohol. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 35; Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4; Title 57, Chapter 4 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
