As introduced, increases, from 15 to 20, the number of days from the date an agency contract is executed or the first insurance application is submitted that an appointing insurer has to file notice with the commissioner of commerce and insurance that the insurer is appointing a producer as its agent. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
