Summary

As introduced, increases from three full school days to four full school days, the minimum amount of parental notice that must be provided to a coach or administrator of a school athletic event that the parent's student will not be participating due to the event occurring on an official school holiday, observed day of worship, or religious holiday. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13; Title 49, Chapter 2; Title 49, Chapter 5 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
