Summary
As introduced, removes a requirement, with regard to developing standards for determining eligibility for the care and treatment of persons suffering from epilepsy and other seizure disorders under a department program, that the department of health seek the advice of the epilepsy advisory committee, as such committee was terminated in 2008. - Amends TCA Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
