As introduced, increases the maximum age for a victim of aggravated rape of a child from eight years of age to 12 years of age; changes the age for rape of a child from more than eight years of age but less than 13 years of age to more than 12 years of age but less than 18 years of age; increases the punishment for incest if the offense was committed against a child under 18 years of age from a Class C felony to a Class A felony punishable by a mandatory sentence of imprisonment for life without possibility of parole. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 39, Chapter 15.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 39, Chapter 15, relative to sexual offenses against children.
