Summary
As introduced, makes permissive instead of mandatory the provisions for the Home Builders Association of Tennessee, Inc. submitting list of recommended persons to the governor and the governor consulting with the association about its recommendations prior to the governor making appointment to the state board for licensing contractors. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Section 62-6-104.
