Summary

As introduced, allows any person age 70 or older to request the jury coordinator of the county to remove the person's name from the jury list of the county if the request is made in writing and is accompanied by an affidavit providing the person's name, age, and other information as required by the jury coordinator; requires the jury coordinator to remove the person's name from the jury list upon receiving the request. - Amends TCA Title 22.
