Summary
As introduced, prohibits recipients of EBT cards from using the card to purchase food that is high in calories, sugar, and fat, as recommended by the United States department of agriculture; prohibits people or businesses that accept EBT cards from accepting the card if used to purchase food that is high in calories, sugar, and fat; authorizes the department of human services to seek a waiver from the United States department of health and human services to establish a list of food that is prohibited for purchase by a recipient of an EBT card. - Amends TCA Title 71.
