TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF ACT 71 OF 2021, RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION OF LIVE SWINE WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION, SO AS TO EXTEND THE SUNSET CLAUSE BY TWO YEARS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. SECTION 4 of Act 71 of 2021 is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
