Bill Title: Provide That The Department Of Motor Vehicles Must Place A Notice On Its Website And In Its Driver's Manual That States A Driver Or Occupant Of A Motor Vehicle Who Possesses A Written Verification From A Physician That He Is Unable To Wear A Safety Belt For Certain Reasons Is Not Subject To The Provisions That Require A Person To Wear A Safety Belt.
