Bill Title: Provide That When A Municipality Annexes Property In A County That Has A Land Use Or Zoning Policy, Plan, Regulation, Or Ordinance And The Municipality Density Allowance Or Regulations Allow For A Greater Density Than The County Allows, Then The County Density Requirement Must Remain In Effect For Five Years After The Annexation.
