Provide That There Must Be Elected In Each County A Property Tax Assessor Who Shall Serve For A Term Of Four Years And Until His Successor Is Elected And Qualifies And To Provide That The General Assembly By General Law Shall Provide For The Duties, Qualifications, And Compensation Of County Property Tax Assessors.
