A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 17-22-710, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WORTHLESS CHECK UNIT, FEE SCHEDULES, ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS, AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS COLLECTED, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE CIRCUIT SOLICITOR TO ESTABLISH THE WORTHLESS CHECK UNIT, REVISE THE FEE SCHEDULES, AND PROVIDE THAT PARTIAL FUNDS COLLECTED DO NOT PROHIBIT PROSECUTION FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF A FRAUDULENT CHECK.
