Fix Wednesday, April 27, 2016, At Noon, As The Date And Time For The House Of Representatives And The Senate To Meet In Joint Session In The Hall Of The House Of Representatives For The Purpose Of Electing Members Of The Boards Of Trustees For The Citadel, Clemson University, College Of Charleston, Francis Marion University, Lander University, Medical University Of South Carolina, University Of South Carolina, Winthrop University, And Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School To Succeed Those Members Whose Terms Expire On June 30, 2016, Or Whose Positions Otherwise Must Be Filled; Immediately Following The Election Of Members Of Boards Of Trustees, To Elect Members Of The Department Of Employment And Workforce Appellate Panel To Succeed Those Members Whose Terms Expire Or Whose Terms Otherwise Must Be Filled; And To Establish Procedures Regarding Nominations And Seconding Speeches For The Candidates For These Offices During The Joint Session.
