Summary

Require Hospitals To Provide Parents Of Newborns, Prior To Discharge, Educational Information On Pertussis Disease And To Require This Information To Include The Center For Disease Control's Recommendation That Parents Receive The Tetanus, Diphtheria, And Pertussis Vaccine During Post Partum To Protect Newborns From The Transmission Of Pertussis; And To Provide That Hospitals Are Not Required To Provide Or Pay For A Vaccination Against Pertussis.
