Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 59-3-35(a), Relating To The Provision Of Fingerprint And Dna Identification Kits, So As To Provide That In-home Fingerprint And Dna Identification Kits Be Distributed Throughout The District Or School To The Parent Or Legal Custodian Of Any Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, Or High School Student.
