Authorize The South Carolina Student Legislature To Use The Chamber Of The South Carolina Senate And The South Carolina House Of Representatives In 2014 At A Date And Time Determined By The President Pro Tempore Of The Senate And The Speaker Of The House Of Representatives, And To Provide That If Subsequent To A Determination Either Body Is In Session, The Chambers May Not Be Used And Alternate Dates And Times May Be Selected By The President Pro Tempore Of The Senate And The Speaker Of The House Of Representatives.
