Summary

Delete The Exit Examination Requirement; To Repeal Section 59-139-60 Relating To Various Assessments Of Students, Schools, And School Districts; And To Provide That On The Effective Date Of This Act South Carolina Shall No Longer Be A Governing Or Advisory State In The Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, And Further That South Carolina May Not Adopt Or Administer The Smarter Balanced Assessment.
