Establish South Carolina Civil War Heritage Trails As The Official Civil War Era Historic Driving Trails Of South Carolina; To Permit South Carolina Civil War Heritage Trails To Consult With The South Carolina Civil War Sesquicentennial Advisory Board And The Department Of Archives And History Concerning The Planning, Development, Establishment, Maintenance, And Marketing Of The Trails; To Encourage The Department Of Transportation To Work With South Carolina Civil War Heritage Trails Concerning The Placement Of Signs Adjacent To The State Highway System; And To Encourage The Appropriate Government Agencies To Cooperate With South Carolina Civil War Heritage Trails Concerning Educational And Marketing Materials
