Delete The Reference To The Authorized Use Of Deadly Force In A Place Where A Person Has A Right To Be, And To Add To The List Of Persons Who May Not Claim The Presumption Of Reasonable Fear Of Imminent Peril Of Death Or Great Bodily Injury When Using Deadly Force Those Persons Who Acted With Reckless Disregard For The Safety Of Others.
