Enact The "south Carolina False Claims Act" By Adding Chapter 85 To Title 15 To Define Necessary Terms, To Establish Liability For False Or Fraudulent Claims Under Certain Circumstances, To Provide Procedures For Civil Actions For False Claims And The Procedure And Contents Of Civil Investigative Demands, To Provide A Method To Reward Persons Who Report Certain Fraud And Embezzlement Offenses, And To Create The State False Claims Act Investigation And Prosecution Fund.
