Relating To Criminal Procedures Convictions And Sentencing, By Adding Section 17-25-147 To Require That A Person Convicted Of A Felony Who Has Two Or More Prior Felony Convictions Must Serve An Additional Sentence Of Ten Years But Not More Than Thirty Years In Prison.
