Amend Chapter 5, Title 38 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Authority And Requirements To Transact Business, By Adding Section 38-5-25, To Provide That A Health Care Sharing Ministry Is Not Considered To Be Engaging In The Business Of Insurance And Not Subject To Regulation By The Department Of Insurance, And To Define Necessary Terms.
