Amend Section 59-53-810 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Horry-georgetown Technical College Commission, To Provide That Appointments From Georgetown County Must Be Made By The Governor Upon The Recommendation Of A Majority Of The Georgetown County Legislative Delegation, Including The Resident Senator; And To Amend Section 59-53-840, Relating To The Accounts Of The Commission And Audits, To Make Conforming Changes.
