Summary
Amend Chapter 1, Title 15 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To General Provisions Concerning Civil Remedies And Procedures, By Adding Section 15-1-350, To Provide That An Employer Who Mandates That Employees Receive A Covid-19 Vaccine As A Condition Of Employment Is Liable For Any Damages Arising From An Adverse Health Condition Suffered By His Employee As A Result Of Receiving The Vaccine; And To Provide An Exemption To Employers Mandated By Federal Law Or Regulation To Require His Employees To Receive The Covid-19 Vaccine.
