Summary

Require An Owner Of A Golf Cart To Obtain A Permit Decal And Registration From The Department Of Motor Vehicles Under Certain Circumstances, To Increase The Required Permit Fee From Five Dollars To Fifty Dollars, To Provide That The Revenue Of The Fee Increase Must Be Remitted To The State Treasurer And Credited To The State Non-federal Aid Highway Fund Established Pursuant To Section 57-11-20, And To Provide That The Department Must Provide A Law Enforcement Agency, Upon Request, The Name And Address Of The Owner Of A Golf Cart Registered With The Department.
