Summary

Amend Section 56-3-627, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Infrastructure Maintenance Fee, So As To Provide The Fee For Registering An Item In This State That Was First Registered In Another State Does Not Apply If The Owner Was Previously A Resident Of This State And Registered Items Otherwise Subject To The Fee.
