Summary

Relating To Driving On The Right Side Of Roadways, To Provide That A Person Who Violates This Section May Be Fined Up To Two Hundred Dollars For Each Violation, In Addition To The Penalties Provided In Section 56-5-6190, And To Provide That Only Warning Tickets May Be Issued For A Violation Of The Provisions Of Section 56-5-1810 For A Period Of Ninety Days After The Effective Date Of This Act.
